How do you celebrate life?

I spin a coctail .....in a solid shaker consisting of career, own house and relationship....and into this I pour a heady mixture of meditations of many varieties, mirth, mellifluence, mudita...that last is Sanskrit for sympathetic joy...referring to the goodvibe I get in seeing you enjoy your life and succeed in what you do...and is a Buddhist staple...one of the Four Immeasurables which one cultivates as a framework for the sheboodle called life and is called an Immeasurable cos you can make this feeling deeper and deeper and deeper as any turtle that supports the rest and you can go all the way to the Top or the Depths with mudita...and I have done plenty of this, being Mister drekking Schadenfreude in earlier versions of myself because I was insecure..

...anyways i am going for the Bank Holiday (which it is here) Smartass Award by making this coctail out of words beginning with an M....mmmmmm.....well life is The Hologram which arises, tortures me then selfliberates from one moment to the next and how does the idea of being tortured by life square with celebrating it?....mmmmmm......well all things in life are impermanent and contain the seeds of decay and in order to live well, I need to acknowledge this fact, however painful...Plato said that change is the only constant but he cribbed that one off Heraclitus....and if memory served he cribbed it off Anaximander....but iImay have made that up.....

Yeah, I celebrate life by embracing it all...attractions, aversions and neutralities....Three Colours Life....(great films them three Colours jobs...kriesovski is a master...is that how ya spell his name?)...
